Seller refuses to ship even though paid up
He claims he hasn’t received his money and not going to ship and apparently he’s a first time seller I wish eBay would help but so far no luck they at least would be able to help him get my paid up money

Ebay sellers cannot wait for their Ebay payout to ship the item.
New sellers are subject to a temporary payout hold. The sooner they ship and you receive it, the sooner Ebay will release their payout.

OP2 years agoI’ve been in contact and he claims even though funds have been released he hasn’t received money as a new seller he is I don’t think he knows what he is doing and I’ve explained to him he has to get his money unless he’s not a bona fide seller

If the funds have been released, that means he did receive the payout unless his bank is taking a while to process the Ebay payout. Normally it takes banks 2-4 days to process an Ebay payout into the seller's bank account.
If you do not receive the item after the estimated date of delivery has passed, file a Refund Request.
