Seller refuses to ship.
I purchased this framed art at auction item number 09-11490-50729. I paid for this item through paypal then after 24 hours asked the seller for a shipping/tracking number. The seller stated he did not authorize the sale but offered to sell the same to me for $400.00. I refused and asked for a refund of my money, seller stated he does not have it. My money has not been refunded as of today. I did check his profile and found out a new listing for my art relisted for $400.00 in an attempt to resale the item won by me at auction. I feel robbed and made a complaint about the listing asking Ebay to to either A) forcing him to refund my money, or B) removing this item from listing and suspending his account. But this complaint was not accepted by Ebay. Does anyone have a suggestion?
