Seller refuses to send return label - they sent wrong item
I ordered a saucer for my China - I saw the item on eBay- sent wrong item -it was a different color -now seller refuses to send return label so I contacted eBay- they sent label for the wrong item. How do I get correct label

Go to your purchase history and find the correct item - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
