Seller refuses to send order, won’t cancel
I ordered a pair of sneakers s little k over a week ago, and after three days noticed wasn’t sent. Contacted the seller, who I told someone offered more and he’d tried to cancel the sale but didn’t know how and the was it eBay will not help because out enough time has passed

Yes, wait until the latest estimated delivery day has passed with at least one day.
Then request a refund. Ask eBay to step in 3 days later.
