seller refuses to send my item!!!
I brought a make an offer Item , the seller is refusing to send the item claiming ebay is asking too much of a fee from him to sell the item, I pointed out the seller that I honored his make an offer the fact that he was unaware of the fees ebay was charging him to sell his item, is not my fault ..., that he should honor the sell, I point out if I tried to get out of a sell ebay would not honor my request, but would tell me to get in touch with the seller and ask them to cancel the sell... if the seller did not honor the request I would have to buy the item this should be the same for the buyer... the buyer states that he is NOT going to send me the item in a email. I want the item and I should get the item, that is my point of view, what say you guys? What can I do to get this item, ebay says I have to wait and give the seller time to ship, HE IS NOT GOING TO SHIP!!!!!

Mentor3 years agoebay cannot force a buyer to pay, nor can ebay force a seller to ship.
The best that is going to happen is a full refund if you file an Item Not Received request.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
