Seller refuses to send item because it's value went up and will not offer refund
I bought a sports card from a seller who will not send the card or offer me a refund. It has been longer than 30 days. Ebay will not help me.

Mentor2 years agoIn the future, do not wait so long. You can open a case as soon as it is past the last estimated delivery date by one day, up to 30 days late.

Mentor2 years agoCall your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
