seller refuses to sell to buyers from Texas

People have all kinds of personal preferences, personal reasons to do or not to do certain things.
As an example, a relative of mine refused to consume Heinz ketchup, due to the connection of that name with a certain political candidate some years ago.
On eBay, however, refusing to sell or send to buyers with shipping addresses within the USA -- including Texas --
is not an acceptable reason for a seller to cancel a transaction.
If that seller cancels too many transactions because he/she doesn't want to deal with people from Texas, he/she may eventually lose eBay selling privileges
