seller refuses to respond to IF mailed IF a tracking number WHEN item coming

seller refuses to respond to simple question of IF they mailed item. WHEN it will arrive (if at this point) and I asked for a tracking number. they have ignored me. I can file a case monday but surely dont want to.

There is nothing to be done until the day after the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History passes. If you want your money back, you'll need to open a case. There is no reason not to.
