Seller refuses to refund until I edit feedback
I have never had anything like this happen. I paid for a service to be completed in 24 hours. Seller did not deliver, so i requested a refund. They are essentially refusing to refund unless I amend the feedback I left. Please help me.

File a dispute with the funding source you used to pay for the service you purchased.
