Seller refuses to refund money

Question

I returned an item I bought that didn't fit my car on jan 29 , 7 days after delivery.... Item was received by seller "Apolloled"on Feb 1. I have messaged seller multiple times, response from seller is to send me more return labels. But item was returned already . How do I get ebay to help me . Do they have a phone number?

Did you open a return request? If so, and the tracking sows delivered, click 'ask us to step in'.

If you did not open a request, eBay can not help. Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund. They may ask you to wait another week - I believe the seller has 14 days after receipt to refund by law.
