Seller refuses to refund defective merchandise.
The merchandise is defective. Seller claims it was listed as such. I doubt it, for I wouldn't have bought it like that. Even when, for instance, it was like that, he never conspicuously listed the sale as final, not returnable or not refundable. So, ain't I entitled to have my money back?

Mentor3 years agoThe seller’s return policy does not matter when an item is defective/not as described.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
