Seller refuses to refund defective item and item was returned to him
I received a laptop that would not work all it done was scan. I returned the item and seller is refusing to refund my money.
so he had the item plus my miney

·3 years agoWho told you to return it, under what circumstances? Did you get a tracking number that shows it was delivered?
