Seller refuses to pay return shipping

Question

Listing states seller pays return shipping if buyer uses an eBay label and I get no help from eBay how to get said label so I don't have to pay for return. Please advise anyone

What type of case did you open? That makes a difference with who pays for shipping.

If you have started an eBay return within the time allowed and you are entitled to receive a prepaid return label and the seller is not cooperating, you may be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund:
