SELLER REFUSES TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!
ASKED FOR A COMBINED SHIPPING INVOICE ON ITEMS IN MY CART. I REQUESTED TWO SEPARATE INVOICES. SELLER (marskog_creations) CHOSE NOT TO INCLUDE ALL THE ITEMS IN MY CART; THEN REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT AFTER CHARGING ME OUTRAGEOUS SHIPPING COSTS. ENDED UP PAYING $58.55 OVER THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF SHIPPING COSTS EVEN THOUGH IT STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT "I COMBINE SHIPPING FOR REDUCED POSTAGE. EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM AT .25 CENTS . I HIT THE "PAY NOW" BUTTON ON THE INVOICE AND EBAY AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED ALL ITEMS IN MY CART. IT WAS EITHER "PAY ALL OR PAY NONE" . PLUS I'M GETTING MESSAGES FROM EBAY TO PAY FOR ITEMS I HAVE COMMITED TO BUY AFTER REQUESTING COMBINED INVOICE. I'M A SENIOR LIVING ON SOCIAL SECURITY AND IT MAKES ME FURIOUS FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME !!! ON TOP OF ALL THIS; THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME ALL MY PATTERNS. I ALPHABETIZED ALL THE PATTERNS AND PUT THEM IN PLASTIC PAGE PROTECTORS IN A 3-RING BINDER. I KNOW THERE WERE FOUR MISSING PATTERNS BUT SHE REFUSED TO ADMIT THAT SHE MISSED SHIPPING THESE. THEY WERE NOT MISSED FILED IN THE BINDER. THEY WERE NOT MAILED TO BEGIN WITH. THIS SELLER (MARSKOG_CREATIONS) IS A DISHONEST SELLER WHO REFUSED TO CORRECT HER MISTAKE AND IS GOUGHING UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. BE AWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS SELLER (MARSKOG_CREATIONS).
I HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS ON EBAY AND THIS HAS TRULY BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SELLER (MARSKOG_CREATIONS)

·2 years agoHi @rpluvsco1122 If you're typing with all caps because you have a vision difficulty, but you need to make the type even bigger on your computer screen, do this:
To make the type smaller, hold down both the Ctrl and Shift keys at the same time, and press the - key.

·2 years agoHi @rpluvsco1122 I'm sorry this happened to you. If it's been less than 30 days after you received the items, you can request a return for full refund under eBay's Money Back Guarantee. During that process the seller can choose to give you a partial refund for the shipping cost and the missing items, instead of requiring a return for refund, but they're not required to do a partial refund. They are required to fully refund you if you return all the items.

In the future, if there's a mistake in the cart with combined shipping like that, or any other problem, don't pay for the items. Or if you do pay, you can either cancel the order yourself within 1 hour after paying, or ask the seller to cancel your order.
