Seller refuses to give me a return shipping label so I can return an items that were not as stated
I bought two smartphones. They were listed as brand new 5G made for the US took 6 weeks when I finally got the phones and called our carrier to activate them we found out even though the box said that they were 5G phones that they were actually 3G phones that were made for Europe and Mexico and will not work in the United States. I have had multiple messages back and forth from the seller who at first offered to give me a 20% refund when I told him that wasn't acceptable cuz I don't want the phone they won't work in the United States and there are 3G he opted to he would give me 40% refund this has been going on and on and on I've tried contacting eBay I really don't know how but I was informed that the seller is responsible for return shipping he refuses to send me a return shipping label or money so that I can ship these junk phones back to China if anybody can help me how I can really get eBay to step in and help me with this I would really really appreciate it. Thank you

OP3 years agoLady, everything that you said I've done. We have had back and forth back and forth messages he won't send me a return label or give me cash money so I can return them I need eBay to step in and that's what I'm trying to find out how to do because what they're saying to do, isn't there when I click on the item and there's no "more actions" to click on it. I need to know how to get directly to eBay for help it's nothing I've done has worked so far.

If you have already filed a Return Request, go to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "view request details" and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

After searching for over two and a half hours today not including everyday prior that I've spent hours on this I finally found a place where it said have us call you I click that and I waited and within one minute they called me and started the process. If the seller does not provide me money or shipping label by the 25th they will refund all my money and I don't even have to return the phones which are no good to anybody here in the United States anyway. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to walk me through all of that your latest message took me right to where I could see that eBay has stepped in now which they hadn't done previously so I'm glad I found the link to have them call me hopefully if anybody needs help I'll be able to help them in the future again I thank you so much for your time and effort and energy.
