Seller refuses to deliver item
I bought an item from a seller in which I was offered $50 off the price and it was accepted and my credit card was billed. A few days later the seller contacted me and told me to cancel the order because they didn't agree or offer the $50 off coupon. I told him the beef was with eBay if that was the case and not me and refused to cancel the order. He said if I pay him $50 more he would deliver the order.
I filed a complaint with eBay three days ago but I haven't heard anything. How long does it usually take for eBay to respond to a complaint.
Any help or ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor1 year agoIf it has been at least 1 day past the last estimated delivery date, and you filed an Item Not Received case, the seller has 3 days to respond. If no response, on day 4, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
