Seller refuses to accept my bid.
This seller has me blocked to purchase items. I've been with eBay for over 20 years and 100 percent feedback for buying and have previously sold items. I've sent the seller messages about why he won't accept my offers and he never replies. Can I notify eBay and actually force the seller to at least let me bid or buy an item. What options do I have, if any?

As advised, you option is to find another seller. eBay gives sellers the ability to auto-block buyers for any reason which does not have to be disclosed to you. eBay cannot nor will not force a seller to sell to you. It is the seller's decision.
You mentioned both bids and offers which are two different things. It sounds like you are referring to offers. (You make offers on items with the Make Offer option on the listing.) Perhaps you have a habit of making low-ball offers or make unsolicited offers. Most sellers don't appreciate unrealistic or unsolicited offers.
Sellers who add buyers to their blocked buyer lists rarely ever respond to messages they receive from those buyers. It only ends in an uncomfortable, accusatory, defensive dialog that will go nowhere. Best to accept the seller's decision and move on.

Mentor1 year agoA seller can block anyone they want. They do not need a reason.
If they have blocked you they might not even be getting the messages.
My recommendation? Find a different seller. They do not want your business.
