Seller refuses cancellation request
I purchased a 2014 American eagle , not dealing I duplicated a purchase . An honest mistake by me , purchase made at 4:48 pm this date . Realized my mistake , 15 minutes later and then sent my cancellation request in text to seller. zxc209 at approx528 pm SAME day (today) also notified EBAY of same request . At about 5:22 pm this same day seller. zxc209. REFUSED. My request and stated it WAS. ALREADY. SHIPPED !!

IS THIS. ANY WAY TO DO or TREAT BUYERS ???
I think thi seller is doing wrong!! HOW CAN YOU recieve a request to buy, ship the item , refuse a cancellation request on LESS THAN 20 minutes time???? They are a giving EBAY a bad rep for THIER actions !!!

Sellers are not obligated to cancel a buyer's order upon request.
When an item is sold, the item is removed from the seller's inventory and the seller can begin the pre-shipping process.
