Seller refuses a refund
Seller does not accept returns and denied my request for a return which. My reason for requesting a return was the item purchased was not the correct item and did not fit. The seller stated it was a front seat for a Yamaha Royal Star and that is what our motorcycle is and we matched the seller’s description with our motorcycle on the sellers site that helps you get the correct parts for your specific vehicle. The seller stated (sorry not sorry) when I told them it was the incorrect parts. I want opinions if I can be eligible to ask eBay to step in and how do I do that.

·9 months agoIf you used “doesn’t fit†instead of “item not as describedâ€, you used a reason the seller can decline accepting the return for. You should have used item not as described. Unfortunately, once a return is closed on eBay, you can’t open another one. Contact your credit card company about doing a chargeback.
