·1 year agoIf your bid was blocked because you ran into a seller's buying requirements (or for any other reason) then it was NOT a "winning bid".
If you mean something else you need to tell us what actually happened, including the text of any error message or other message from the seller or eBay, for us to be able to explain it to you and/or advise what you can do about it.
