Seller refused to accept my offer so I offered full price payment. Seller refused & won't say why
Very odd. I don't know why seller won't sell to me or accept any offer or full price. I am a member in good standing for 25 years. I messaged seller apologizing if I somehow offended and asking for explanation, but seller does not respond.

If you're willing to buy at full price, don't make an offer, just use the Buy It Now option.
