Seller refused return request for an item that was not as advertised
The seller shipped an item that did not match the model description, the photo or the condition. The seller was contacted and a return request was initiated. However, the seller is refusing to authorize the return and stated that I "should have asked to make sure the listing was correct". How can I get eBay to step in now to assist. I do not wish to wait 6 days to request that eBay step in to resolve this.

Mentor2 years agoHopefully you opened the return for the reason that the item was not as described. You'll have to wait until day 4 to go back to the return and use the option to ask eBay to step in if the seller doesn't take care of the problem before then. When you ask eBay to step in, eBay will force the refund and allow you to keep the item.
