Seller refuse to refund the payment
I am in Canada and placed an order on September 23rd, 2025, for a total of US $77.45. The order was shipped, but due to a Canada Post strike, the package was returned to the sender. When I checked with the sender, I was told that the package had gone back to them and they would ship it to me with my next order.
I reordered on November 7th. When that package arrived, the seller did not re-send the returned package, nor did they contact me or issue a refund. This is very bad practice. I tried to contact eBay for help, but none was available. I am not sure what to do, and I would appreciate any suggestions or help. I have all the messages from the seller for my records.

It is too late for eBay to help - you need to file a not received claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
