Seller refuse to give a refund
Seller gave me the wrong tracking number the package said delivered in New York but I live in Arizona. I let them know this the wrong address they say it has shipped they don’t reply, then finally on the 21st they reply posting pictures showing my actual tracking information and it said my package arrived on the 20th my package was stolen because they gave me the wrong tracking number in the first place then they say “ship the item back to get a refund “

Mentor1 year ago@edisr_0. Well since they suggested it I'd ship back something, beat them at their own game.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.
