seller refuse refund after receive their item back since March 18

Question

I purchased a UV light bulb in Feb 18 2024. The seller send it a wrong one. They said if I send the wrong light bulb back they will issue a new one for us. the seller received the item on March 18. They become quiet after that. I then send several email asking them either exchange or refund after they had the item back already. The seller refused to exchange for the correct light bulb nor refund to us. They keep send email and ask us what do we want and that it. Nothing happened. We request several times that either exchange or refund but none happening. Please advice what can we do.

Did you file an Ebay Return Request before shipping the returned item? If so, did you ask Ebay to step in to help you after the seller received the returned item?

If you did not do the above, file a dispute through Paypal if you used Paypal or contact your payment source.
