seller refunded my money for a defective item and it hasn't been posted to my credit card
Does anyone have the telephone number to eBay. I received a defective auto part and got a message that the seller refunded the amount plus shipping to my credit card. I checked my credit card and it has not be deposited back into my account.

To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
While you are waiting for a call from eBay, call your card issuer and ask if they can see a pending refund. Your card issuer can take up to 30 days to post the credit.
