Seller refunded me with E-card for SPITE- Do I need to contact Paypal , or will EBAY resolve ?
SEller sent me 10 harrassing messages over a returned camera- Then refunded me with E-card I paid thru Paypal & I want refunded as Such- I spoke to ebay- I'm waiting to see if they resolve- Should I contact Paypal ?

Mentor4 months agoWhen you file a dispute on Ebay, you are given the choice of receiving the refund via an Ebay gift card or payment to your original funding source. You may have chosen the gift card option.
