seller refunded me and then I received the item. How do I pay them back.
The seller refunded me because I never received my item. 2 months later the item finally arrived. How do I now send them back the money they refunded me.

If the Seller used an eBay label and you opened an Item Not Received refund request and they refunded you through that, eBay might reimburse them now that the item has been delivered.
You could contact eBay to see if they have been reimbursed. If not, you could pay them again via PayPal or Venmo.
