Seller refunded item and now the same item is more expensive
Anyone have a seller take your payment and then after a week claim the item is out of stock, refund you and then offer it at the best possible price when it's available again? Then you find out that the item's price is way higher that what you paid for originally. When you sell something on eBay, it should be in stock. This feels like bait and switch, or, I don't want to sell this item at this price anymore because I can get more selling it at a higher price so I'll renege on this transaction.
