Seller refunded already

Question

So I had a customer get the wrong item (I swapped two labels). Totally my fault. The one was understanding and shipped it back with the label I provided. The other was very angry it took 2 weeks to see movement on the return label. I received an empty box. How do I report this? I refunded him right away already but he didn’t return anything. Help

Since you refunded they no longer have access to the return label. Refunding before a return is basically saying to eBay I don't want this item back so they make the label un-useable.
