Seller refund for Ebay standard shipping
How does a seller go about getting a refund for an order sent via eBay standard shipping and stalled halfway through the country? A month has gone buy and the shipment hasn't moved. I've refunded my patient buyer and now need to know how to go about being reimbursed for this order. Every link I've tried on this site has not led me in the correct direction.
