You have been buying and selling for awhile on ebay, and you still do not know how ebay's Money Back Guarantee works?
If a buyer files a return request that is not a Buyer's Remorse one (Found it for a better price, didn't want it...) You send them a return shipping label and once you receive the item back, THEN you issue a refund.
By issuing a refund before getting the item back, you lost your ability to get the item back from the buyer through ebay.

OP9 months agoI’ve been fortunate enough not to have had any dissatisfied buyers since opening my account. It’s my first time and I’ve looked everywhere for this answer.
It may be obvious to you at over 8000 plus transactions, but for a really old senior and war vet it’s not easy to research and know. Thanks for the info and your not so complimentary remarks.
