seller received item for refund but hasn't issued it. I even saw the item relisted for sell.
The seller did not issue a refund for an item that was returned. I had two items in the order that were sent together with just one shipping label for one of the items sent. I didn't realize at the time that each shipping label is only connected to one item thus the seller was able to say that they didn't receive the other item even though I provided the paperwork for the second item's return in the package that both items were sent in together.
Sneaky.
Before I realized that this was not an honest seller, I placed another order from them. I was feeling safe because of the "breathe easy return policy" not knowing they had figured out a way to get around it. This time when I needed to return several of the items because of size and fit, the return platform would only allow me to print a return shipping label for one item with the seller stating that I could just return them all using one label in the same package after messaging them and asking if indeed that was OK to do.
Sneaky, again.
It seems the seller never intended to honor the return policy if they could get away with it when an unsuspecting buyer made an opportunistic error. And it seems I can't get in touch with any one from eBay because on the return page it always states that I need to take action first and send the item back... but it does not allow me to prink a label!
