Seller received item but tracking says no

Question

i must have initially put in the wrong tracking number when typing it. The buyer says that the item has arrived but they cannot mark it as delivered so my funds are still on hold. PLEASE HELP ME! I tried to contact eBay support but the dumb AI cannot understand my issue!

Since you are a new seller, Ebay can hold your payout for up to 30 days or longer.
