Seller Rating discrepencies: how to get transactions removed from Defects

Last month i received a notification to take care of seller transactions with defects to get my seller rating back up. I have 4 but they were all resolved last year. I dont understand why they are still on there even tho Ebay DID resolve them by refunding the customers who filed complaints. Now Ebay is saying I need to take care of this even though they were taken care of over a year ago. Ebay is also saying my Seller Rating would be below average if it was evaluated today. I dont know what to do since the 4 transactions were ALREADY RESOLVED LAST YEAR. Please advise with any help.
