Seller Rating and defects, when do they drop off?
Hello, we have been working hard to get back to top rated seller after a move and some unfortunate events that caused us to have to cancel sales due to "damaged or out of stock". We have 2 items that should drop off within the next couple days and bring us under the threshold for defect rating for top rated seller. Wondering if we have to wait for the next month after to be evaluated? The items were defective 8/6 and 8/14 of 2022, I was told they stay around for a year. Does anyone know if we should be top rated sellers again in September?

Mentor2 years agoThe defects will still be included in your 8/20/23 evaluation, since it uses the 12 months 8/1/22 - 7/31/23. The defects will not be included in your 9/20 evaluation, which will use 9/1/22 - 8/31/23.
If those defects are the only place where you do not quality for top rated, then you should be top rate 9/20.
