My feedback percentage went from 100% to 0 % with 299/299 positive feedback for no apparent reason. Why is this? I havenâ€™t sold anything in quite some time.

The first positive feedback you receive will put you back at 100%.

The feedback percentage is based on the feedback you have received in the past 12 months.

Since you have not received any feedbacks in the past 12 months, your perecentage is 0%.

If you click on the exclamation point next to your feedback % , you will see this:

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases done within the same calendar week (eBay time).
