I feel patches and keychains. The patches are just sent regular mail in an envelope with no tracking. It's cheaper that way for me and them. Now I'm being penalized because there is no tracking. Everything else is on track except that. Is there anything I can do about this besides give the Post Office more money?

Mentor4 months agoPatches fall under the eBay Standard Envelope service so those can be sent with this service that has limited tracking. However, your other items cannot use this service. Without tracking eBay has no way of knowing if the item was delivered and you shipped within your stated handling time.
