From what I understand, my seller ratings was lowered because USPS did not scan my package at shipping time properly, even though they provided me with a tracking number. That number never showed it going anywhere. I was in contact with the buyer throughout and was notified by that person that the item arrived on time. Why am I punished for a USPS error? Is there anything I can do?

Mentor1 year agoMake sure you get an acceptance scan at the post office. If you do not print a SCAN sheet, make sure the clerk scans every package so you get an acceptance scan that will show you delivered the package to the carrier on time.
