Seller rating
Seller has the best price on an appliance part (about 60% of other sellers' prices) but has a satisfaction score of 50%. I've never seen such a low score. I assume my risk is I may have to struggle to get a refund if the part arrives defective. However, Ebay has been good at getting a refund in these situations in the past. Anything else I should know?

I would not purchase from a Seller with a 50% feedback score. You could read the comments alongside the negatives to see what the main issue is with this Seller. Are they in the U.S.? eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee, but some overseas Sellers insist you return the part on your dime for a refund, which violates eBay policy. This is one of those situations where the price seems too good to be true.
