Buy it now price was $6.26 OBO, I offered $5.50, seller counter offered $12 and raised the buy it now price. Is that allowed? Seems kinda shabby. https://www.ebay.com/itm/355281156946

The seller owns the item.

Sellers may raise or lower the price at any time and by any amount.
