Seller question
Hello. My dashboard says I have three questions. It shows me three items, but each item shows no questions. I can't find any reference on this. Where should I look? Thanks!

Mentor8 months agoYou're fine then. I had messages to answer show up on my notification bell all week and I answered them last week. Could just be a glitch or something.

Mentor8 months agoIt is possible you already answered these questions through eBay messages. This is where the questions appear. Check there. When you are on the screen with the items that show need answers, click on the arrow and you will see an option to mark question as answered once you do so.

OP8 months agoThank you. I have not had any questions on the three items and when I click on answer question it takes me to messages where I have none. If there's no other place I should check, then I guess it's a bad message but not sure what's happening. Appreciate you trying to help me.
