I confirmed with UPS that the seller put the WRONG RECEIVER INFO on the manifest (name AND address was wrong!) and it went to another address that UPS won't tell me where (for the safety of the receiver.) So, someone got a free item that I paid $154 for! Seller will not respond directly to me (after 3 attempts) and eBay said they investigated and reached out to seller "seller said per tracking it was delivered nothing more we can do" and they can't help and closed my case.
