Seller put incorrect info on shipping label which ended up with my package not being delivered to me
Information on the receipt is not the same information on the actual shipping label. Proof of delivery picture is NOT my house and the package shown is an Amazon package.

Mentor5 months agoIf it was to your address, the package may have been stolen. Contact the police department as well as your homeowners insurance.
Take the tracking number down to your local Fed Ex office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to youi and your address, have the Fed Ex clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.

OP5 months agoThe package never made it to my house the proof of delivery photo is not my front porch in the package in the picture is an Amazon package not from somebody on eBay and it's not the correct size for the package that I should have received. I contacted UPS and they stated that the tracking number that they had and what I gave them from my receipt did not match. Additionally UPS stated that I needed to go through my banking institution and eBay. I purchased the item through PayPal and filed a dispute claim with them
I message the seller twice with negative results the seller did not reply back. The original listing stated the guy had no positive or negative feedback and also that he had five of the same units that I was purchasing available. He had just joined eBay at the time of his listing. After my first message was sent to him he deleted everything and he no longer exists on eBay
