Seller Pulled Item After Accepting Offer
I made an offer to a seller and he countered. I accepted the counter but when I went to pay the item was no longer in stock. I messaged the seller but got no explanation. I felt they were going to sell to someone else with higher offer, which is allowable but shady, but still nothing from seller. They eventually just played stupid and said they are waiting for payment. Checked and the item is available again but I no longer trust this seller. A quick explanation or apology would have went a long way with me and I would have purchased the item. What are the repercussions for not paying? I have never not paid for an item I have bid on
