Seller Ptotection for Stolen Item In-transit
I am the seller. Buyer received a torn open padded envelope - product gone. I issued a refund - "Item Not Received". Am I covered by eBay's Money Back policy, or a different policy? If so, how do I file a claim?

Mentor2 weeks agoThere is no seller protection for lost or stolen parcels.
The eBay Money back guarantee is for buyers.
The only recourse you have is to potentially file a claim with the carrier if the package was insured.
