Seller provided wrong tracking and won’t communicate
I ordered an item back in March, it ships from China so I knew it would take a while. The tracking provided showed it slowly moving until mid April when it hit a US sort center and then stopped. That’s when I started looking deeper, the shipped weight was 5grams. This item weights more like 9000 grams. I’ve reached out to the seller to get the correct information and the only reply I get is “okâ€
How do I contact eBay? I don’t want to have to file a fraud claim on my credit card but I will if I can’t get answers. I only have a week or so before it’s been too long for me to file.
