seller provided refund but not return label
seller provided refund but not return label - how long do I have to keep the item and wait for the label? I have contacted the seller multiple times. Can I just throw it out? It's been over 3 months

If the seller already refunded, you have no obligation to return the item. You can dispose of it as you wish.
