Seller provided no tracking and changed the delivery date on the order
I purchased a Dive wetsuit from a seller who provided no tracking, has not responded to any messages asking them to do so, and has change the delivery dates on the listing. Also its their 1 and only listing.

The seller cannot change the estimated delivery date on a sold item, but here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.

OP7 months agoHi, thank you for the reply, I made the purchase on 1/26/26 and the seller gave themselves till 2/18/26 to deliver. The no communication, none and it being their first sale make me suspicious. I have over 600 purchases on ebay.I think I've only had to get a refund 1 over time.
