Seller provided incorrect tracking — order marked delivered, but I never received it
Order: 14-15010-10019
My order shows 2 shipments, but I never received the package. The seller originally provided a tracking number that could not be tracked. I asked for the correct tracking number, and the seller then changed it to a different number.
The new tracking number shows the package was delivered in Delhi, India. I’m in the U.S., so this is clearly not my package.
eBay now shows the order as delivered, and I can’t find an option to report that I didn’t receive it or contact an agent.
What is the best way to handle this and get eBay to investigate the tracking?
